Base pay range: $24.04/yr - $28.81/yr

Position Summary

We are seeking an IT Support Engineer to work between our Manhattan and Jackson Heights locations. Responsibilities include resolving software and hardware issues, supporting users, maintaining IT inventory, creating and managing user accounts, and building out desktop and laptop PCs. The role may involve travel to various locations and learning basic data reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

• High school diploma with substantial computer software and hardware knowledge; Bachelor's degree preferred
• One year of paid full-time work; three years of experience or A+ certification preferred
• Prior healthcare IT experience preferred
• Knowledge of security and privacy concepts required
• Proficiency in operating systems and office software/hardware
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to resolve complex issues independently
• Ability to create basic presentations and graphics
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and lift up to 50 lbs
• Willing to work nights and weekends as needed
