Job summary

AssuranceAmerica Corporation seeks a Support Manager to lead high-quality technical support for associates, coordinating with Infrastructure, Data, Development and external vendors. You will drive resolution of hardware, software, network, and cloud-service issues and mentor a Technical Support team.

The role emphasizes vendor coordination, ITIL-aligned processes, and a proactive approach to ensure reliable IT services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a Help Desk management role.
• Familiar with PC setup/configuration and deployment using MS Intune and device management systems.
• Experience with Active Directory, Entra ID and Microsoft Azure.
• Strong communication and analytical skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities for multiple managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-tier IT support for desktops, laptops, phones, and printers.
• Maintain high associate service standards with ticketing systems and document solutions.
• Set up and deprovision access accounts and audit user access to applications/services.
• Participate in projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT implementations.
• Support and mentor Technical Support staff and oversee tickets and projects.
