You will work with the Service Desk and IT teams to support business needs and drive continuous improvements. The internship exposes you to enterprise IT service management tools like Freshservice, with mentorship from IT and security professionals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing IT/CS/Cybersecurity degree or related field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Windows and macOS environments; basic networking knowledge.
• Interest in cybersecurity and IT operations.
• Ability to work both independently and with a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to end-users via Freshservice ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across platforms.
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks including account setup and equipment provisioning.
• Document solutions and contribute to internal knowledge resources.
• Learn how enterprise IT teams manage support operations in a real-world environment.
• Shadow the Cybersecurity team to understand threat monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response, and risk management.
• Assist with log reviews, alert responses, or vulnerability scan reviews under supervision.
• Collaborate with interns across departments on a strategic capstone project.
• Participate in planning, research, and execution phases.
• Present findings and outcomes to leadership at the conclusion of the internship.
