Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking an IT Support Coordinator to support our infrastructure and staff working on world-class games. You will be the first point of contact for IT requests and help triage tickets.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be the first contact for IT support tickets and triage requests.
• Coordinate with IT Support to balance workload.
• Monitor staff queues and respond within SLA.
• Escalate requests to appropriate teams as needed.
• Maintain documentation and update KPI dashboards.
• Develop and report on Jira dashboard analytics.
• Collaborate with other studios to improve ticket handling.
