IT Support Center Technician I

Overview

This is a full-time remote career opportunity. Must be available to work from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the first point of contact for technical assistance related to hardware, software, networks, and telecommunications.
  2. Document and track all interactions using the ITSM system, providing excellent customer service and following up on open requests to ensure satisfaction.
  3. Communicate effectively via emails, calls, and the ITSM system to understand and resolve issues.
  4. Assist in troubleshooting network outages at branches and other locations.
  5. Place and track hardware and software service calls with vendors as needed.
  6. Explain technical solutions clearly to users and identify process improvements.
Qualifications
  • Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (Required)
  • Experience: 1+ years in call center support, hardware/software, or application support (Preferred)
  • Certifications: ITIL knowledge or certification (Preferred)
Other Duties

This role may include additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager, including compliance and regulatory adherence.

Pay Transparency

Hourly rate: $18.25 - $27.88. Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.
