This is a full-time career opportunity that can be remote. Must have availability to work 8:30am-5:00pm M-F.
To provide fast and useful technical assistance in a call center environment. Answering questions and troubleshooting technical issues.
Education: Associate Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (Required)
Experience: 1+ years in call center, hardware, software, and application support (Preferred)
Certifications: ITIL knowledge or certification (Preferred)
This role may perform other duties as assigned. All employees are responsible for understanding and acting on compliance programs, regulations, policies, and procedures, including completing required training and escalating risks as necessary.
We share salary ranges for transparency. The hourly rate is $18.25 - $27.88, with actual compensation based on experience, skills, and location.
