Amazon’s OpsTech IT is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across facilities in a defined region, with opportunities to grow in cross-disciplinary IT tasks.

Based in Salt Lake City, UT, you will troubleshoot integrated computer systems, support multiple buildings, and travel locally to assist customers. The role emphasizes customer service, learning, and teamwork within a dynamic Amazon environment.

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Key job responsibilities

Basic Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
