Job summary

Amazon OpsTech IT is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team by resolving technical problems across multiple disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility.

You will maintain IT equipment, handle support requests, assist in training new hires, and pursue ongoing learning. The role requires lifting up to 49 pounds and standing for shifts up to 12 hours; Day 1 benefits and a strong 401(k) program are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications

• 1+ years of computer networking experience, or experience with network equipment installation and configuration

• 1+ year maintaining laser printers
