Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II for its Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) group in Oklahoma. The role supports the operations team with a variety of IT issues across multiple disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and portable handheld terminals
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience
