Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II for Ops Tech Solutions in Tulsa, OK. You will support the operations team by resolving technical problems across multiple disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility, contributing to rapid, reliable service.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining zebra thermal printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience.
• CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications.
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service.
