Job summary

Amazon is seeking an IT Support Associate II to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographic area. This position involves troubleshooting IT equipment, handling support requests, and aiding in training new hires.

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within Amazon operations facilities in a defined geographical area that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Basic Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
