Amazon IT Support Associate II at Ops Tech Solutions (OTS) supports the operations team in resolving technical problems across diverse disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility. You will help improve systems and participate in career development opportunities to progress at Amazon.

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Basic Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems
• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
• 1+ years of computer networking experience, or experience with network equipment installation and configuration
• 1+ year maintaining laser printers
