Job summary

Amazon's OpsTech IT is seeking an IT Support Associate II to assist the operations team in resolving technical problems across multiple facilities. You will handle IT equipment, monitor systems, and address support requests to keep operations running smoothly.

You’ll participate in career development opportunities, help train new hires, and continuously learn new technologies while delivering high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience
• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service
• Certifications in IT such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware installation, AWS, or other industry relevant certifications

Responsibilities

• Allocation, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment used in Amazon Operations facilities.
• Handles support requests and procedures across the network.
• Assist in training new hires.
• Continuous learning of new technologies.
• Ability to support customers from multiple buildings in the area, as well as remote customers.
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and frequent push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
