Job summary

OpsTech IT in West Chicago, IL, is seeking an IT Support Associate II to help the operations team resolve technical problems across multiple disciplines within an Amazon Operations facility.

Qualifications

As an IT Support Associate II, you will use your skills to support the operations team in resolving technical problems within an Amazon Operations facility that span across a multitude of technical disciplines. Basic Qualifications

• Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service


• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach


• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Cisco/CCNA, Linux (Redhat), Microsoft hardware (installation), AWS, or other industry relevant certifications
