URBN is seeking an IT Support Analyst to support all IT systems within the Distribution Center (DC) and provide desktop support across the enterprise. This role will prioritize work with IT and serve as the main point of contact for escalations on critical priority one issues.

Responsibilities include acting as the primary incident contact at the DC campus, daily multitasking of Service Desk tickets, partnering with DC operations to improve IT service levels, enforcing IT hardware standards,

Qualifications

• Technical degree or 2+ years in desktop support.
• Strong customer service in production environments.
• Experience with third-party vendors for incident escalation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main contact for priority incidents at the DC campus.
• Daily prioritization of Service Desk incidents and service requests.
• Collaborate with DC business to improve IT service levels.
