AESSEAL Inc., based in Rockford, Tennessee, is seeking an IT Support Analyst to provide 1st/2nd line IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, and networking hardware. The role includes resolving incidents, backing up systems, and instructing users on new software and hardware.

You will work with Active Directory and Microsoft 365 in a dynamic, security‑conscious environment. The position offers on-site work at AESSEAL Inc and opportunities to collaborate with senior IT staff across the AES

Qualificações

• Experience installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot hardware faults including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners.
• Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot software faults including Windows OS and Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st/2nd Line IT Support and replenishment of hardware to North American customers.
• Ensure incidents are logged in Helpdesk Software promptly and accurately.
• Perform daily backup and network checks to maintain standards and service levels.
• Install, configure, and update hardware & software; document all actions.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized IT teams as needed; collaborate across IT.
• Provide user training on new software or hardware to improve IT literacy.
