Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our Spartanburg, SC team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range and supports computing and networking for internal and external users.

Under supervision of the IT Director, you will provide 1st/2nd‑level support, manage Microsoft 365 and Azure, and assist with provisioning/deprovisioning in line with policy. Background check required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second‑level support to corporate users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Triage and prioritize service calls, walk‑ins, emails, help‑desk tickets, and change requests.
• Maintain and assist computing and network issues within a fast‑paced corporate technology environment.
• Support Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
• Support identity and access management operations—process user provisioning, access changes, and deprovisioning in accordance with established policies.
• Assist with system administration and user assistance to ensure smooth operation of technology platforms.
• Ensure timely operational and technical support for assigned tasks.

Job Overview

We are seeking an IT Support Analyst to join our team. The position is full‑time and offers competitive compensation, with salary ranges from $70,310 to $81,300 yearly.

Under the supervision of the IT Director, the analyst will maintain and assist all internal and external user requests related to computing and networking. The role is available in multiple locations, including Washington, D.C.; Pittsburgh; West Jordan, UT; Spartanburg, SC; and Naperville, IL.
