As an IT Support Analyst, you will be responsible for overall general IT Support for all of United Utility Services and locations.You’ll be the go-to problem solver ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently. You’ll play a critical role in keeping our team connected, productive, and secure, providing technical support that directly impacts our ability to power infrastructure nationwide. If you’re driven to make a difference through technology, this role is for you. This position will report to the Director of Information Technology.
