Job summary

ON.energy is seeking an IT Support professional to join our growing team. You will manage Windows 10/11 environments, assist users, and ensure corporate assets are protected and well documented.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in IT support, experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker, and comfort working remotely for a globally distributed company focused on energy infrastructure and data center resilience.

Qualifications

• IT professional with 2–5 years of experience in IT support.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and updating Windows 10/11 Pro.
• Experience with Windows user administration and application deployment.
• Experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker security features.
• Experience working remotely and documenting tasks.

Role Summary

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the IT area, able to manage their time efficiently,with good judgment to decide between priorities, willingness and experience in following standards, guidelines andITframeworks, and with experience in Windows OS and applications, to perform and be highly responsible in the role of ITSupport at On.Energy.

Required Experience

• IT professional with 2-5 years of experience in IT Support functions.
• Strong willingness to record and document tasks, events, and incidents.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of Windows 10/11 Pro.
• Experience in Windows user administration.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of applications on Windows.
• Experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker.
• Experience with administration, control, and remote support applications.
• Experience working remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Risk Assessment.
Experience with Linux.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
