Job summary

ON.energy is seeking an IT Support professional to help manage and secure corporate assets, ensure software updates, and provide responsive user support. The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years in IT Support, strong Windows 10/11 Pro experience, and familiarity with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker.

You will report to the Technology and Software Management teams and work across corporate guidelines while maintaining data confidentiality and system integrity.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in IT Support.
• Experience installing, configuring, and updating Windows 10/11 Pro.
• Experience in Windows user administration.
• Experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker.
• Experience with administration, control, and remote support applications.
• Experience working remotely.

Role Summary

We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn and grow in the IT area, able to manage their time efficiently, with good judgment to decide between priorities, willingness and experience in following standards, guidelines and IT frameworks, and with experience in Windows OS and applications, to perform and be highly responsible in the role of IT Support at On.Energy.

Required Experience

• IT professional with 2-5 years of experience in IT Support functions.
• Strong willingness to record and document tasks, events, and incidents.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of Windows 10/11 Pro.
• Experience in Windows user administration.
• Experience in installation, configuration, and updating of applications on Windows.
• Experience with TPM 2.0 and BitLocker.
• Experience with administration, control, and remote support applications.
• Experience working remotely.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in Risk Assessment.
• Experience with Linux.
• Experience in disk image creation/restoration.
• Experience with Agile Methodologies.
