Judah Christian School is seeking an IT support professional to assist administration, faculty, and staff with technology needs. The role covers SIS support, website assistance, and collaboration with leadership to maintain secure, reliable systems.
The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft 365, have experience with FACTS SIS or Google systems, and demonstrate strong multitasking, communication, and organizational skills while upholding the school's Christian mission.
To serve administration, faculty, and staff with IT support.
This position administers various systems throughout the school, including FACTS SIS and the website, as needed. This position works cooperatively with the Leadership Team.
A fellow Christian who supports without reservation the Judah Christian School Statement of Faith; Proficient with Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams, and preferred experience in FACTS SIS and/or Google systems; Display knowledge of networks, hardware, and software support; Can effectively communicate via spoken word, phone, email, etc.; Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple support requests, projects, and deadlines while maintaining a high level of customer service and technical accuracy; Willingness to work as a member of a team, as well as the ability to work independently; Able to work with high level of integrity and confidentiality; Excellent organizational skills.
