Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft 365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Preferred experience in FACTS SIS and/or Google systems.
• Display knowledge of networks, hardware, and software support.
• Effective communication via spoken word, phone, email, etc.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests, projects, and deadlines with high customer service and technical accuracy.
• Willingness to work in a team and independently with integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the student information system as needed in collaboration with Admissions Office.
• Provide various reports across divisions.
• Administer Google Admin Console.
• Create and maintain school Google accounts.
• Evaluate computer programs, services, and equipment for adequacy.
• Supervise technology materials circulation.
• Maintain a yearly inventory of licenses, hardware, and software.
