• Nine (9) years of experience in information technology (IT) operations, programming, systems/software development or IT related support area.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise IT staff, plan and evaluate work; provide training and coaching.
• Oversee network, systems, applications, and classroom technology performance and security.
• Manage educational/administrative platforms (PowerSchool, PowerTeacher, ClassLink, Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint).
• Oversee one‑to‑one student device program: configuration, deployment, inventory, repair, and disposal.
• Monitor help-desk operations, service levels and incident response.
• Coordinate technology projects and migrations with minimal instructional disruption.
