The IT Student Technician serves as a front-line support resource for students, faculty, and staff, assisting with a variety of basic technology-related issues. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software problems, providing support for mobile and personal devices, and documenting work orders and service requests for escalation to the appropriate IT teams when additional support is needed. This is a trusted position that requires a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and confidentiality.
