Job summary

Ennovar Tech Services and Solutions is seeking a part-time IT student assistant in Wichita, KS. The role involves hands-on administrative and technical tasks and supports the Boeing AeroSystems environment.

The student will assist with incident management, SOP updates, and remote onboarding, working around class schedules. Responsibilities include tracking tickets, assisting Level 2/3 teams, and performing hardware/software support on Windows desktops.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Must be able to work 20 hours a week.
Capacity to understand and communicate operational concepts and best practices.
Demonstrates executive presence, poise, commitment, and character.
Possesses communication skills and the ability to communicate through a virtual environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor queues for Incidents or Service requests that require resolution. Escalate to level 2 and level 3 teams in case assistance is required to resolve any issue.
Update the existing SOP manuals, with customer’s approval, based on an agreed-upon frequency to reflect changes to the existing processes.
Assist in End User onboarding for remote Users for tasks which cannot be fulfilled locally by deskside technician through LMI Rescue tool.
Prioritize work based on the Priority of the Ticket, aligned to impact and severity.
Track aging and open tickets and service requests; coordinate with asset management for spares and accessories.
