Job summary

PACO Group, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – IT Strategy & Roadmap to govern the execution of IT strategy, maintain the enterprise roadmap, and align IT initiatives with target architecture and security goals. The role partners with IT leadership to ensure traceability and governance across programs.

The candidate will manage cross-functional delivery, track milestones and budgets, and produce executive reports and dashboards for governance and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of IT project management, IT strategy, or portfolio management experience.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments, including cloud, networking, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with cloud platforms; Microsoft Azure preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and measurable deliverables.
• Proficient in project-management, documentation, reporting, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the multi-year IT roadmap across applications, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity.
• Translate strategic objectives into initiatives with timelines, milestones, and outcomes.
• Maintain traceability between goals, initiatives, deliverables, and business outcomes.
• Ensure alignment with target architecture and governance checkpoints.
• Coordinate updates to architecture diagrams and technical inventories.
• Track delivery of IT initiatives against goals, timelines, budgets, and dependencies.
• Support governance and remediation for architectural gaps and decision logs.
• Manage roadmap-aligned projects with scope, schedule, resources, and risks.
• Prepare executive communications, dashboards, and status updates.
• Facilitate governance meetings and cross-functional planning sessions.
