Job summary

NPAworldwide is seeking an IT Strategy & Roadmap Project Manager to maintain and evolve the enterprise IT roadmap, strengthen architecture documentation, and ensure alignment with long-term security posture. You will track progress against the IT Strategic Plan and shape our cloud-first technology environment.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare executive-ready reporting, dashboards, and governance materials to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong understanding of IT roadmapping and system architecture.

As the IT Strategy and Roadmap Project Manager, you will maintain and evolve the organizations IT roadmap, strengthen system architecture documentation, and ensure that tactical decisions made over the past two years align with our longterm target architecture and security posture. You will play a critical role in tracking progress against the IT Strategic Plan, aligning initiatives to program milestones, and shaping the future of our cloudfirst technology environment. What Youll Do

• Maintain and enhance the enterprise IT roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and evolving business needs.
• Partner with the Director of IT and deputies to refine system architecture and update network diagrams.
• Track delivery of initiatives within the IT Strategic Plan, ensuring milestones and dependencies are clearly defined and monitored.
• Evaluate past tactical decisions and ensure they align with the target architecture, security posture, and longterm technology direction.
• Coordinate crossfunctional teams to ensure initiatives are prioritized, sequenced, and executed effectively.
• Prepare executiveready reporting, dashboards, and documentation to support governance, decisionmaking, and strategic planning.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Associates degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or equivalent preferred plus 5+ years of experience in IT project management, IT strategy, enterprise architecture, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of IT roadmapping, system architecture, and cloud-first environments.
• Experience developing or maintaining network diagrams, architecture documentation, or technical system maps.
• Proven ability to track complex initiatives, manage dependencies, and drive alignment across technical and business teams.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity principles, target architecture frameworks, and IT governance practices.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, executive-level insights.
