Job summary

ICW Group seeks a proven Head of IT Strategy & Transformation to lead the STO, aligning strategy, architecture, investment planning, and governance. You will direct enterprise architecture, Lean Portfolio Management, and organizational change, ensuring delivery readiness and value realization across a modernized technology landscape.

Role requires 12+ years in EA/portfolio management or IT strategy, with 7+ years in leadership, and relevant SAFe/TOGAF credentials.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in CS, IS, business or related field.
12+ years in EA, portfolio management, agile delivery or IT strategy.
7+ years in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Sets strategic agenda and annual operating plan for the STO.
Owns end-to-end operating model linking strategy, investment, architecture, governance.
Represents STO to executives and boards, translating strategy into investment recommendations.
Directs architecture standards, roadmaps, and governance bodies.
Oversees Lean Portfolio Management and delivery standards.
Leads organizational change management and executive governance.
