Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, or healthcare related fields.
• 3+ years of data analytics or financial analysis in supply chain or healthcare.
• Experience in sourcing, contracting, and supplier management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFP process for strategic sourcing initiatives (35%).
• Monitor supplier performance and develop measurement tools.
• Document savings and drive process changes or product conversions.
• Support roadmap and contract calendar development for assigned categories.
• Follow standardized sourcing processes and templates.
• Lead or assist with negotiation scenarios and cost models.
