Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years of experience in a multi-entity organization.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.
• Advanced data analytics capabilities with Excel, Power BI or Tableau needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive system contract compliance by optimizing national group purchasing.
• Provide strategic direction for sourcing based on total cost of ownership and specs.
• Develop dashboards and reports to inform stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive system-wide standardization and cost reductions.
• Oversee lifecycle of complex sourcing projects and relationships with suppliers.
