We are excited for the opportunity to bring aboard highly motivated and energetic individuals to join our teams. Currently, we are seeking an IT StoreFront Team Member. This role supports a Navy customer in Lexington Park, MD.

Job Description and Responsibilities

IT StoreFront duties include capturing and entering data in spreadsheets/databases, documenting findings, tracking tasks to completion, reporting unusual outcomes of daily tasks to higher level employees, assisting other team members with computer hardware/software tasks, and additional administrative support duties as required.

• NMCI Computer Deployment - New Computer distribution - Exchange with problematic computers (with an associated NMCI Help Desk ticket number) - Computer turn-in location for exiting employees
• Peripheral Distribution - Headsets, microphones, cameras, keyboards, mice
• Handle New Employee Check In (Civilian and CSS) - Computer, Keyboard, Mouse, Headset, Microphone, Camera, Keyboard, etc. - Assist in ensuring new accounts are functional
• Technology Refreshment - Assist with the technology refreshment of NMCI laptops/desktops for all NMCI users aboard PAX - Assist customers with the Tech Refresh process - Ensure customers understand the operation of any new equipment

Basic Requirements

Bachelors Degree and 1+ years of experience in demonstrating a knowledge of computer hardware and software; proficiency in Microsoft products - Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS; strong customer service skills; and the ability to work as a member of a team. Professional/personal experience can apply.

Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree. Substitutions allowed: Associates Degree + 2 years of relevant experience OR HS Diploma + 4 years of relevant experience.
