This role is responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, configuration, testing, and implementation of Epic MyChart and Cadence solutions. The analyst will work closely with operational, clinical, and technical stakeholders to evaluate business needs, improve workflows, and ensure effective utilization of supported applications. The ideal candidate possesses strong Epic application expertise, analytical problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer support. This individual will participate in system upgrades, enhancements, testing activities, incident management, and project implementations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. The analyst will serve as a key resource for application optimization, workflow design, and user support, contributing to improved patient and operational outcomes.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $89,294.40 - $131,851.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
