Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, HIM, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Active Epic HIM Coding Certification (Required).
• Minimum 3 years of IT analyst experience supporting Epic applications with direct Epic HIM Coding workflows.

Responsibilities

This role collaborates closely with HIM Coding, Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI), Revenue Cycle, and operational teams to analyze workflows, identify system improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that support coding accuracy, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The analyst serves as a subject matter expert for Epic HIM Coding functionality, participates in system upgrades, testing activities, incident resolution, and change management processes, and provides ongoing support to end users. The base pay range for full-time employment is $89,294.40 - $131,851.20 annually.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
