Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Information Technology or related field required.
• 1–3 years of IT experience.
• Strong user-support orientation and customer service experience.
• Proficiency in Windows OS, M365/O365, Azure AD, Adobe applications, and basic security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and maintain organization’s technology infrastructure across locations.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot business software applications.
• Implement new software solutions and upgrades; manage software licensing and compliance.
• Collaborate with vendors to ensure functionality and support.
• Assist with purchasing, deployment, and configuration of software solutions.
