IT SPECIALIST (SYSADMIN/CUSTSPT)-Direct Hire Authority

Veteran's preference does not apply to DHA recruitment. The primary purpose of this position is to support through deployment and sustainment of robust operation capabilities, programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for troubleshooting and diagnosing all hardware, software, network failures, and providing a solution for IT service request elevated to the assigned tier. Responsible for receiving, imaging, inventory, and deployment of all new and life-cycle replacement systems. Actively supports daily operations and sustainment of enterprise configuration management.
