Information Technology Specialist (SysAnalysis) Direct Hire Authority

The primary purpose of this position is to serve as a senior Information Technology (IT) Systems Analyst in planning, designing, and implementing IT systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.

Key Responsibilities

Directs and designs compliant cyber, IT, and knowledge management systems that align with AF/DoD regulations while integrating emerging technologies to improve application efficiency and mission performance. Coordinates policies with external agencies and leads multi-disciplined teams, representing the organization to senior leadership and contractor entities to build strong working relationships.

Serves as senior technical advisor to guide leadership on policy impacts, provide procurement oversight, and deliver detailed lifecycle cost analyses and justifications for funding submissions. Leads specialized IT projects, resolves complex technical conflicts with stakeholders, and briefs management on long- and short-range strategic planning for IT acquisitions.
