IT SPECIALIST (DATA MANAGEMENT) - DIRECT HIRE AUTHORITY

The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert-level data management and database administration for the Air Force Services Center enterprise systems, primarily the Oracle E-Business Suite.

Key Responsibilities

• Serves as an Information Technology Specialist and technical expert responsible for all areas of database management, analysis, and maintenance for the Oracle E-Business Suite.
• Designs the physical structure of complex databases, considering access methods, frequency of access, storage media, data volatility, and search strategies.
• Designs and modifies the integration of tools and utilities for reporting and feature enhancements.
• Performs and supports activities for AF security compliance, including all necessary action to support and maintain the Authority to Operate for the Oracle E-Business Suite.
