Job summary

The State of New Jersey’s Department of Environmental Protection seeks an Information Technology Specialist to support the SDWIS, EN Suite and Drinking Water Viewer infrastructure at the Water Resource Management division in Trenton. You will assist with web applications hosted on Windows Server IIS and Tomcat, and work with the Oracle database and interfacing services.

Qualifications

Associate's degree in Computer Science or Computer/Information Technology.
At least 1 year of experience designing/producing programs for EDP and operating systems.
Experience with multi-network LAN/MAN/WAN environments and network services.

Responsibilities

Assist in design and preparation of programs for electronic data processing using current software and OS.
Develop, implement and maintain multi-network LAN/MAN/WAN environments and related services.
Provide technical support and coordinate data transfers with DOIT/EPA as needed.
