Responsibilities

  • Program Outreach: Contact public water systems to provide information and assistance regarding infrastructure financing; facilitate the collection, verification, and submission of system data for the EPA's Drinking Water Infrastructure Needs Survey (DWINSA).
  • Compliance Support: Help meet EPA reporting mandates and guide project submissions through the State Revolving Fund Process.
  • Grants & Surveys: Assist in completing and processing grant applications and administering federal grants.
  • Data & Studies: Plan and conduct surveys and data collection to evaluate community infrastructure needs.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform routine clerical work, manage digital files, and route information according to department regulations.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls and emails professionally, take accurate messages, and handle general inquiries.
