The USDA Food Safety and Inspection Service seeks a highly skilled IT specialist at the GS-14 level in Fort Collins, CO. You will design, develop, and integrate data pipelines, web and mobile applications, and AI-driven solutions using C#, Python, JavaScript, and Go, across cloud-native environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
You will apply SDLC practices and CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitLab, and work with Postgres and SQL Server databases.
This position located in the Office of the Administrator (OA), Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Business Solutions Center (BSC). OCIO provides information technology (IT) planning, design, application development, systems administration, telecommunications, information assurance/security, information management, and IT customer support services for FSIS. Applicants must meet all qualifications and eligibility requirements by the closing date of the announcement including specialized experience and/or education, as defined below.
