To qualify for the position of Information Technology Specialist (Applications), at GS-2210-14, you must meet have at least one year specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in Federal Service, performing duties such as defining technical requirements and supporting the implementation and modernization of enterprise applications, including COTS and cloud-based solutions; providing technical leadership in software development, system integration, testing, and performance improvement; integrating cybersecurity requirements into application lifecycles, supported security assessments, and ensured compliance with federal standards; managing technical projects, coordinating upgrades or modernization efforts, and serving as a liaison across business, technical, and cybersecurity stakeholders.
