This role supports employees, equipment, software, networks, cloud platforms, and government stakeholders with a focus on security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years IT/Systems Administrator experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM.

This position supports employees, equipment, software, networks, cloud platforms, and customer-facing systems while maintaining compliance with contractual and security requirements.

Duties:

• Provide technical support for computers, software, hardware, networks, and related IT systems.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops and peripheral equipment.
• Coordinate with Government IT on account configuration, access requests, and other administrative requests.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues for a 24/7 team.
• Support cloud-based platforms and business applications, including Microsoft 365, Salesforce CRM, Amazon Web Services, and Amazon Connect.
• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability, efficiency, and security.
• Communicate professionally with employees, customers, vendors, and government stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) required
• 5+ years of experience in an IT/Systems Administrator role
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Excellent communication skills with experience supporting government stakeholders and operational teams
• Ability to manage multiple technical requests and meet established deadlines.
• Ability to pass a government security background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Amazon Web Services cloud contact center solution experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At TechOp, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The tentative wage for this role is $80,000 - $100,000.
