Job summary

The University of Oregon Finance and Administration Shared Services IT unit seeks an IT Specialist to manage software and hardware needs across campus, including UOPD and Safety and Risk Services. You will lead client-side imaging, inventory, and deployment, working with vendors and campus partners.

Qualifications

• AA degree or related certification with relevant IT background.
• At least one year of related work experience.
• Ability to obtain CJIS clearance within required timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Imaging and deployment of user device hardware and software.
• Manage device lifecycle and inventory, including licenses.
• Configure conference room hardware and related software.
• Maintain user accounts and permissions; provide training and documentation.
