Job Description

Do you have experience with AS400/IBMi? This might be the role you have been looking for.

The IT Software Engineer is responsible for developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining technology solutions. This position analyzes, designs, and develops tests and test-automation. It collaborates cross-functionally with team members to achieve innovative, business-driven technology solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain technology solutions ensuring they meet non-functional requirements; assist with solution design
  • Analyze, design, and develop tests and test-automation suites
  • Use test-driven development in an agile environment
  • Leverage and contribute components for the continuous integration and continuous deployment pipeline
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve innovative, business-results driven solutions
  • Apply best practices and drive continuous improvement
  • Participate actively in Agile ceremonies
  • Other duties as assigned
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience; High School Diploma or GED required
  • At least 2 years of experience with application development or packaged software implementations - AS400/IBMi
  • Must be eligible to work in the US without sponsorship

Physical Demands

  • Flexible schedule including weekends and outside core hours as needed
  • Ability to sit, use hands, talk, hear, reach, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift up to 25 pounds, and see clearly

All employees must adhere to security responsibilities and legal requirements.

Potential pay ranges from $74,000 to $118,000 annually, based on experience.
