Job summary

A leading technology solutions provider is seeking an IT Software Developer Analyst - Level 2 in Juno Beach, FL. You will support the development and maintenance of system data flows, focusing on asset management and integration of IBM Maximo and ERP systems. Ideal candidates have 5-10 years of experience in application development, a strong background in data governance, and familiarity with SQL, Python, and cloud technologies. IT Software Developer Analyst - Level 2

Location: Juno Beach, FL
Schedule: Standard Office Hours
Duration: 5-6 Month Contract
Pay Range: $40-45/hr

Role Summary
  • Support development and ongoing maintenance of system data flows aligned to core business processes. Coordinate with consultants on Asset Data Model (ADM) enhancements, Maximo-SAP integrations, and Maximo component utilization for failure reporting and RCM initiatives.
  • Own execution and sustainability of metrics and analytics tracking asset data collection progress, including defining, monitoring, and reporting KPIs related to data completeness, accuracy, and quality.
  • Partner with the Quality team to develop scalable process maps, standards, and procedures to sustain and expand the asset management program.
  • Develop clear technical documentation and support data interface design and integration requirements in collaboration with System Integrators and business stakeholders.
  • Support configuration and usage of the Asset Data Model (ADM) tool to generate standardized asset data structures aligned with onboarding initiatives.
  • Partner with IT to facilitate data loads into Maximo environments, resolve system access issues, and enable effective deployment mechanisms.
  • Produce training materials and support change management activities to ensure adoption, consistency, and operational readiness.
  • Coordinate and support system, integration, and stakeholder testing for Maximo enhancements and asset data model updates.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) experience, preferably with IBM Maximo and related ERP integrations (e.g., SAP).
  • Strong understanding of asset data models, data governance, and data quality principles.
  • Experience supporting system integrations and data interfaces within multi-vendor environments.
  • Ability to define, track, and report KPIs related to data completeness, accuracy, and performance.
  • Strong process mapping and documentation skills, including development of sustainable procedures and standards.
  • Experience supporting system, integration, and user/stakeholder testing activities.
  • Change management and training documentation experience for enterprise system implementations.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills with ability to coordinate across IT, vendors, and business teams.
  • Comfortable operating in a support and enablement capacity within complex, long-term programs.
Requirements
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), and Scrum ceremonies.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field required.
    • Preferred certifications: AWS, Microsoft Power BI, Salesforce, PMP, Agile, SAFe, or DevOps-related credentials.
  • Experience: 5-10 years in application development, cloud computing, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Java, .NET, AWS, and cloud-based technologies.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, cloud automation, ERP integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with SCADA operations, AWS Glue, Lambda, SNS, and SQS preferred.
  • Understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, cybersecurity best practices).
