Job summary

Minnesota IT Services (MNIT) is seeking a Software Coordinator to manage IT procurement, licensing, and asset control for the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and MNIT Services. This role supports centralized IT procurement, asset management, inventory, and license control processes.

The position requires coordinating IT activities across multiple teams, ensuring policy compliance and timely purchases, renewals, and deployments. Onsite work at the St.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years IT-related experience in software licensing, asset management, procurement, or budgeting.
• Experience with IT purchasing processes and vendor interactions.
• Experience with data management and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel or Power BI.
• Experience coordinating IT activities across multiple teams, including software deployments, purchases, renewals, upgrades, and deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively to facilitate mutual understanding.
