Job summary

National Carwash Solutions (NCS) is seeking an experienced IT Site Technician to own day-to-day technology support at our Grimes headquarters, focusing on plant-floor and warehouse systems. This role also supports the office workforce and serves as the L2 escalation point for the site.

You will manage device deployment, asset records, and remote/hybrid user support, while prioritizing production uptime and ensuring secure, reliable IT services for executives and staff.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of IT support for 100+ users.
• Experience supporting end-user devices: Windows 11 PCs, printers, mobiles, AV.
• Professionalism and discretion when supporting senior leaders.
• Strong asset tracking and inventory management skills.
• Basic networking and ticketing system experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support plant-floor and warehouse technology as the first priority.
• Provide hands-on IT support to operations and receiving teams.
• Assist with Grimes warehouse relocation and device deployment.
• Own IT side of equipment returns process and asset records.
• Support remote and hybrid employees with troubleshooting and staging.
• Act as L2 site escalation, document work in FreshService.
• Participate in major incident calls and outages.
• Provide day-to-day IT support to office staff and executives.
• Assist with ERP-related device rollouts and hardware refreshes.
• Maintain asset inventory and print fleet.
• Travel up to 10% to other sites.
