Job summary

National Carwash Solutions seeks an experienced IT Site Technician to own day-to-day technology support at our Grimes headquarters, with plant operations as the primary customer. Grimes is the largest facility, supporting production devices, warehouse systems, and office IT, while serving as the L2 escalation point for the site.

Responsibilities span plant-floor support, asset management, executive IT, remote worker staging, and coordination with corporate IT. Travel up to 10% is possible.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of IT support experience for 100+ users.
• End-user device support including Windows 11 PCs, printers, and AV gear.
• Experience supporting senior leaders with professionalism and discretion.
• Strong documentation habits and ticketing system experience.
• Manufacturing/warehouse IT exposure a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support plant-floor and warehouse technology as the top priority.
• Provide hands-on IT support to operations and shipping teams.
• Support Grimes warehouse relocation and ongoing IT needs.
• Own IT side of equipment returns and asset records.
• Assist remote/hybrid employees with staging and shipping from Grimes hub.
• Serve as L2 escalation for site tickets and coordinate with domain owners.
• Participate in major incident calls and after-hours support as needed.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for office staff and executive team.
• Act as remote/smart hands for network, server, and security teams.
• Assist with ERP/device rollouts and hardware refreshes.
• Maintain site IT asset inventory and print fleet management.
• Occasional travel to other NCS sites (<10%).
