Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an IT Site Support Technician to support technology across a Whitestown distribution center. You will troubleshoot Windows desktops, Microsoft 365, AD/Azure Entra ID, Zebra printers, handheld scanners, and network connectivity.

The role requires hands-on, independent work in a large facility with extensive walking. This contract position is onsite in Whitestown, IN, with a benefit-ready package and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows desktops and laptops.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD/Entra ID.
• Ability to configure and troubleshoot printers and scanners.
• Familiarity with network connectivity in large facilities.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across the site.
• Provide hands-on IT support throughout the distribution center.
• Work independently in a fast-paced environment.

We’re looking for someone driven, hands‑on, and comfortable working independently . This position requires extensive walking throughout a large distribution center and is a great fit for a technician who enjoys a busy, active environment.

This is a Contract position based out of Whitestown, IN.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
