Job summary

TEKsystems in Merrill, Wisconsin is seeking an experienced End User Support Technician II to provide hands-on IT support to end users. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and device issues while delivering excellent customer service to ensure users have the technology they need to succeed.

You will deliver Tier 2 support for desktops, laptops, tablets, and printers, manage IT assets, and collaborate with IT teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of endpoint computing, desktop support, or end-user support experience.
  • Associate degree, technical training, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Provide break/fix support for end-user technology issues.
  • Troubleshoot, track, resolve, and communicate progress on technical incidents and service requests.
  • Support installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) for end-user devices and equipment.
  • Deliver Tier 2 technical support for desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and other end-user devices.
  • Maintain and support IT asset management processes.
  • Partner with business users and internal IT teams to resolve technical challenges efficiently.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
  • Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and best practices.

Now Hiring: End User Support Technician

We're seeking an experienced IT support professional to join a growing team providing hands-on technical support to end users. In this role, you'll be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and device-related issues while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring users have the technology they need to be successful.

What You'll Do

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Merrill, WI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job‑related factors.
